Experience SeaFair’s “Rock the Boat” During Art Basel

Showcasing the best haute and vintage jewelry, rare timepieces, exquisite contemporary art, and the best in modern design, SeaFair presents its “Rock the Boat” exhibition from 11/30/08 through 12/7/08 this year at Art Basel Miami. SeaFair is the 4th largest privately owned yacht in the US and is the only megayacht venue in the world. If being entertained and shopping aboard a $40 million megayacht was not enough, one can partake of several festivities and events this year while viewing spectacular art and fine jewelry.

The opening event this year will be the Vernissage Champagne Opening Night on 11/29 from 7pm until 10pm. This event is only available for VIP pass holders.

Always a highlight is SeaFair’s Sapore Restaurant which is located on the third deck. Opportunities to attend the “Chef’s Tasting Lunch” or “Lunch with a View” are available several days from noon until 3pm, with the “Chef’s Tasting Dinner” on 12/3. Special dining events also include “The First Tasting Dinner featuring New Bojoulais” on 12/2 presenting a Prix Fix menu with French cuisine and “Hops and Scotch Gourmet Dinner with Dewar’s Signature” on 12/1 with a Prix Fix menu and beer and whisky pairings.

SeaFair will be docked across from the beautiful Fontainebleau Hotel in South Beach, so when making plans for Art Basel Miami, be sure to place the “Rock the Boat” exhibition on your exclusive list of experiences. Visitors are able to enjoy this world-class luxury secret daily, from noon until 8pm Monday-Saturday and until 7pm on Sunday.
