The Skorpyo Luxury Club, founded in Lugano,Switzerland during November, 2003 by the desire of Italian entrepreneur Andrea Bovi, President of the Club. Mr. Bovi's club consisted only of his friends and contacts acquired over a duration of more than 18 years from his career in International Public Relations. The purpose was to create a useful exchange of business networking and public relations among these individuals during meetings and events organized by Mr. Bovi.
On January 14, 2009, Skorpyo Luxury Club On Line was launched, allowing members to participate in the Club's virtual world with the same purpose of increasing networking among luxury businesses and public relations. Online the SLC has enjoyed immediate and growing success with statistics as of July '09 reflecting 44,000 page visits for the month and more than 1000 members joining.
Participation in the Club has always been reserved for a limited number of members, in order to offer exclusive and consistent services that go beyond the expectations of each individual member.
